Snow nodded, thankfully. "Yea, I'm Snow. And I'm guessing your Pace." She said simply, orbs locking onto Pace's face and searching to see if he was being truthful

Pace laughed. "You guessed correctly." He then turned his attention to his daughter. "Did this she-wolf do this to you?" he gestured to her face. Hena shook her head dilligently. "No, the one they call silver did that." Pace turned back to Snow. "Why should we return?" he asked, a hint of a growl in his voice, "What exactly does your alphess want with us?"

"Your daughter trespassed on our lands, and our Alphess told the others to get away from her. They obeyed, then your daughter attacked a member of our pack. I do not know what our Alphess wants with either of you." Snow said, frostily, glaring at him; her own voice shadowed by slight growls

Pace was about to snap back at her, but managed to stop himself. "Sorry," he said to Snow, "When my leg ages... I get snappy at everyone." He then turned to Henna. "I'm disapointed in you, Henn. I'll talk to you later." Henna's tail curled between her legs.

"Its alright. I guess. But you both have to come." Snow said firmly

Pace nodded. "Fair enough. But...I warn you..." he lifted his left back leg tentatively, "I suffered a bad wound at the hands of men many winters ago, and it never quite healed. Makes me slow." he laughed. Sure enough, his thigh seemed to be pierced all the way through, and it appeared to be still bleeding ever so slightly.

Pace couldn't help laughing at Snow's firm tone. He began walking, at a steady pace - but he was limping terribly.

"Your not needed." Snow mouthed to the waiting silver and saga.

After an hour or so of walking, the wolves were back on White Rose territory. Pace and Henna had been completely silent the entire journey. There would be time for them to talk later. Pace dropped onto his haunches, panting heavily. "Let...me... rest and minute..." Henna turned to snow. "Or you could bring Layla to us...?" she offered.

"No need for that." Snow said sweetly, nodding to the hidden forms of Silver and Saga, whom both padded over swiftly. "Silver, fetch Layla. Saga, stay here with me." Snow said quickly, Silver obeying and leaping away, towards the more dense forestry where Layla was. Snow winked to Pace and Henna. "See, no need for me to go." She chuckled.

Pace stayed silent, and leant to lick his thigh wound. Henna glanced at Snow. "What will happen now? Will Layla allow us to join the pack?" Pace glanced up. "I doubt it."

Snow snorted with hysteria, and even Saga smirked. "Don't judge our alphena before you even meet her, brute." Saga snapped to Pace, as Snow eyed Henna grumpily.

Pace rolled his eyes at Henna. She giggled half-heartedly. Pace was facing a tough decision here; Henna needed a real wolf pack, that was for certain. Somewhere she could flourish into a proper young she-wolf, rather than a hybrid stuck between cultures. He glanced at Saga. Then again, these wolves had no respect for their elders...

"Have you got a problem?" Saga asked, fur bristling. His lips were curving away, showing his ivorns. "Incase you didn't notice..." He spat, "Your daughter attacked me, and that is why we attacked her in return. Snow saved her life." The last four words were hissed, and Snow looked away, distraught
