With every slash and bite that pierced her hide, Henna yelped and yipped. Almost desperately, she kicked out with her hind feet. Henna guessed they were going to kill her. Thoughts rushed through her head; how could she get out of here alive? Beg? She kept snarling, and tore at silver's auds clumsily. Then, her eyes fell on Layla. She was watching the fight from far above. Henna felt her anger rise in her throat. "You!" she snarled

"You trespassed our terrain and attacked one of us. What do you expect?" Layla said, calmly yet icily. Saga twisted his head and bit sharply on Henna's auds, ripping the tip of one off. Silver snarled in anger and bit into Henna's neck

Henna closed her eyes. "I..." she turned her earth-brown orbs on Layla. "...Need to find my father!" she shouted, before rearing up onto her haunches - and slamming down onto the ground with a crunch. For a second, nothing happened. Then, grass came rushing out from beneath her pads. bright green grass that sliced through the dull leaf-litter and darted towards layla, where it stopped decisively at the she-wolf's paws. Henna looked a little shcoked at this. "Well, I guess it worked...a bit."

Layla stared at the grass with boredom, "Fire!" Snow yelled, slashing at the fea's flanks. The temperature skyrocketed, making the wolf's vision's, 'cept for Snow's, blurred slightly. Snow leapt at Henna, grabbing ahold of the fea's neck in her jaws...

Henna growled, but the fight wasn't in her. So much for being an elemental wolf... "Well?" she asked. "What now?" she clenched her eyes shut. She didn't want to know the answer. Inside her mind, she was struggling to recall the face of her brother - but, for some reason, the older brute's face would not come to mind.

Snow's jaws were clamped around the fea's neck, but she couldn't kill her opponent now. it wasn't fair; with all the others. "Stand down." She snarled to the others; meaning she alone would finish off the f'mmora. Although if Henna attacked her the others would probably attack. Ah well...

Henna felt Snow's grip lesson, then vanish. She was lying on the ground...in front of Layla. The young wolf-dog new better than to attack Layla. She bristled her coat and arched her back, but didn't snarl

Snow snarled, circling the fea angrily. "C'mon, one on one! Fight me!" She snapped; opticals narrowed into slits, and pinnae pinning back against her head with a growl.

Henna did not move. "I don't want to fight you." she said quietly, "I want to find my father." Her eyes were full off blood - she could hardly see who was talking to her, let alone fight. She longed to prove that hybrids beat full-bloods... but surely finding Pace was more important. And what had happened to Kasai?

Snow slashed at her face, angrily, leaving deep wounds. "Electricity!" She thundered. Thunderclouds gathered, rain pouring from the skies; accompanied by the occassional thunderbolt which struck the ground next to both feas.

Henna did not move. She lowered her head. "I want to find my father." she repeated, in the same quiet tone.

Snow snarled. "Then why enter our terrain and attack Saga?" She demanded icily

"This was the direction we were headed," she answered, "And he was chasing me." Henna's eyes never left snow's. They were strangely empty.

Henna's gaze did not falter. "He's old. He cannot hunt, or run... He'll die, I need to find him!" she whine,d and shifted on the spot.
